Columbia, South Carolina - The Central S.C. Cobras W-League team is holding tryouts for the 2013 season. The Cobras, coming off a successful 2012, will conduct tryouts on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the West Metro Soccer Complex in West Columbia S.C., from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Cobras finished 3-5-4 in their inaugural season in 2012, good for third place in the Southeast Division. The club was honored to have Tabitha Padgett selected for the W-League’s All Eastern conference team.
All players will need to complete registration to participate and there is a fee of $20. Players are encouraged to register early as the number of players accepted to tryout will be capped at the General Managers and Coach’s discretion to allow for accurate evaluations.
