SANTA MONICA, CA - After a healthy response from the community, the Pali Blues Soccer Club, back-to-back national champions of the USL W-League, and the Palisadian-Post have chosen three finalists for the name of the Blues' mascot. The finalists are: "GIGI THE GAZELLE" from Pacific Palisades resident Joannie Burstein Besser, "LIGHTNING THE BLUE DRAGON" from Pali Blues summer camper Emily Citron and "POLLY THE PORPOISE" from Post staff writer Michael Aushenker.
